Elevate Noir is a results driven coaching and management consulting organization that is dedicated to partnering with leaders, executives, and organizations who seek to understand and leverage black voices and perspectives to improve organizational performance, create value and improve sustainability.
We are an experienced and passionate group of leaders, coaches, consultants, facilitators, and psychologists who are inspired by our ability to bring black voices to conversations of influence and impact. We recognized that there is a notable gap in elevating black voices and perspectives within organizations. We believe that by elevating those voices and perspectives individuals, organizations and communities will thrive!
