360 feedback gives an individual a chance to elevate their perspective. 360 feedback may confirm, conflict and/or validate what an individual person already believes. At Elevate Noir we believe having perspective is not the only thing that matters, but taking steps toward growth, capitalizing on strengths, and facing blind spots through action planning is instrumental to success.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
According to Psychology Today, “Emotional intelligence is generally said to include at least three skills: emotional awareness, or the ability to identify and name one’s own emotions; the ability to harness those emotions and apply them to tasks like thinking and problem solving; and the ability to manage emotions, which includes both regulating one’s own emotions when necessary and helping others to do the same.”

Without engaged leadership there is a major risk of failure when implementing new business strategies.
